At the splendid Guy’s Cliffe Rooms, on Monday 21st September we witnessed the renaissance of Victoria Council, just over three years since their last meeting and going into abeyance.

A lot of hard work has been put in by the District Grand Master R Ill Comp Peter Wellings, and the District Recorder Paul Fernandez-Montes together with the Assistant District Recorder Dave Whitehead to reset the Council. Members will be District DepDGMs and DistrictPCWs (past and present) covering the whole of England and Wales. The first three main Officers are all members of Victoria in its’ previous incarnation – you probably know them well. More details will follow as events unfold.

Pictured below are Ill Comps Paul Regan (Deputy Master), Trevor Sturt (TIM) and Ill Comp Graham Venn (PCW).

The picture below shows all those present for the ceremony, which as well as the three Principals were R Ill Comp Peter Wellings, DGM, Ill Comp Paul Fernandez-Montes, Recorder,  Ill Comp Hosey Davoudian, District DGC, Ill Comp David Whitehead, Asst Recorder.

We wait with great interest to see the Council develop and grow.
