At the April meeting of Edgbaston Council, the Installation of Comp David Richards by Ill Comp Philip Wills took place in a faultless ceremony.  Following his Installation, David calmly conducted a perfect Super Excellent Master ceremony for Richard Gale, just as if he had been doing it for years.

Richard Barker stayed on as Deputy Master, whilst Philip Wills performed an about turn, and was invested as PCW.  All in all, a brilliant morning, enjoyed by all present – the Council was grateful for a good number of visitors, some of whom helped out where necessary
